Help shape thoughtful memorial tools

The Grievyn feedback board gives families and memorial visitors a clear place to suggest improvements, report usability problems, and follow ideas as they move from review to release. Public feature requests make common needs visible, allow the community to vote, and help us understand which changes would make creating and visiting memorial pages more meaningful.

Use private feedback for account questions, billing concerns, sensitive family matters, security reports, or anything involving personal information. Never place private memorial links, payment details, health information, or confidential family information in a public idea. The Grievyn team reviews submissions and may ask for more context before deciding the appropriate next step.

When an idea is suitable for the public board, its status shows whether it has been submitted, is under review, is planned, is in progress, or has been released. Votes help us understand interest, but they do not replace accessibility, privacy, safety, technical effort, or the needs of grieving families when we prioritize product work.
